Hello everyone! My name is Alicia, and this is my third year at Phoenix College. For the past two years, I have been a member of the honors program and PTK, as well as numerous clubs. I have already completed all the required courses for my associates in science. However, I decided to take an extra year, after changing my major, to take more classes that applied to my new path. My main goal is to study anthropology/archaeology, but I would also like to pair that study with applied computing! I plan to enroll at ASU next fall, and I’m so thrilled to have the opportunity to be a part of the program before I transfer!

As for me personally, one of my all-time favorite things to do is read. I can spend hours reading anything I can get my hands on from books, to short stories, to manga. I also really enjoy spending time outside. I’m a huge introvert, so I like to be in quiet calm spaces. 

I’m hoping to get to know everyone in the program, and I wish everyone the best of luck this semester!
